With that company in just a few years we closed over $60 million in transactions. That's a lotta houses in Lane County!
I believe learning the industry from behind the scenes first is the BEST way to get the education you need to help people out in the trenches.
I became a full time Real Estate Broker in June of 2004 and have thoroughly enjoyed helping my friends and clients through their real estate adventures.
As for the Equine background, I've been in it all my life. My experience in the horse industry includes rodeo, gaming, racing, training, trading, working cattle, and a little bit of breeding & showing.
I understand what's important to horse owners and people who prefer to live out in the country and in small towns. I know what to watch out for as far as water, septic, lay of the land, facilities, etc.
If you're looking to BUY, please understand that I offer my time to Buyers with pre-approval for financing.
I spend most of my work hours marketing properties for my Sellers so it's crucial that any Buyers I work with are qualified to purchase. I work with several very good lenders and would be happy to pass along their contact information to you.

We specialize in Horse and Country Property in Lane, Linn, and Benton Counties, however, I've done plenty of in town residential sales so we've got ya covered...whatever you need!

Peggy grew up in a small coastal town, North Bend, and moved to the Willamette Valley 20+ years ago. Always with a dream of horses and country living, Peggy achieved that dream in 1990 with her husband and two boys.
After several years as an administrative assistant at a college, Peggy began to pursue her interest in Real Estate combined with her love of horses and country living. A perfect day for Peggy is loading up her horse, meeting up with girlfriends and enjoying a camping trip or day ride at the beach or Oregon Cascade Mountain range.
No neighbors, watching your horses graze out the window, always going to the barn with a few carrots in hand, sleeping with your window open and hearing the rooster crow in the morning, sunsets and watching stars at night—who could ask for a better lifestyle.

I have worked in the industry since May 2005 and I have no doubt that real estate is my future and my passion.
I love and live for my faith, my husband, my family, my friends, and joy in life! In my spare time, I love to read and learn; play with my beautiful Siberian Husky named Skye; play softball, racquetball, and basketball; watch Home and Garden TV; hunt with my husband, hang out with friends and family, and get to know people on a deeper level.
I was raised on 400 acres in small town Texas with horses, cattle, goats, chickens, turkeys, dogs, cats, and any other critter that decided to make an appearance. I am definitely proud of being a Texan, but Oregon is quickly becoming home.
