    I've been in the Real Estate industry since January 2003. Started as a listing & marketing assistant and then transaction coordinator in an extremely busy office here in Lane County. 

    With that company in just a few years we closed over $60 million in transactions.  That's a lot of Real Estate in Lane County!  

    I believe learning the industry from behind the scenes first is the BEST way to get the education you need to help people out in the field.

    I became a full time Real Estate Broker in June of 2004 and have thoroughly enjoyed helping my friends and clients through their real estate adventures.

    As for the Equine background, I've been in it all my life.  My experience in the horse industry includes rodeo, gaming, racing, training, trading, working cattle, and a little bit of breeding & showing.

    I understand what's important to horse owners and people who prefer to live out in the country and in small towns.  I know what to watch out for as far as water, septic, lay of the land, facilities, etc. 

    If you're looking to BUY, please understand that I offer my time to Buyers with pre-approval for financing.  

    I spend most of my work hours marketing properties for my Sellers so it's crucial that any Buyers I work with are qualified to purchase.  I work with several very good lenders and would be happy to pass their contact information along to you.

    2005 is when it all began!   After being an administrative assistant at a community college for 20 years, and successfully completing real estate classes, I hung my license at John L. Scott and began my real estate journey. After attending a dynamic marketing seminar I realized that I needed to combine my love for “country life” and horses by specializing in small acreage and equestrian properties.  In 2010, I obtained my Principal Broker license and joined Lisa Johnson at Horsepower Real Estate.


    I have had the pleasure of working with great clients, many who have become good friends!  I feel privileged to be a part of the buying and selling process for my clients as these decisions are huge! 


    Acreage properties are more complicated than residential and do require the knowledge of wells, septic systems, zoning, irrigation, soils, horse facilities and so many other considerations.  I pride myself in the ability to understand the needs of Buyer Clients and guide them to the properties that best meet their criteria.  The Horsepower Marketing Plan has been developed over several years of experience selling these types of property and is constantly changing with technology.


    Wherever you go in life, Make it a Good Ride!  I enjoy trail riding and packing in for a few nights at a beautiful Cascade lake.   I am a volunteer with Marion County Posse Search and Rescue.  I also enjoy bow fishing, 4-wheeling, camping, good wine, visiting breweries and sampling beer, traveling, good music, and my Jack Russell, Chester, and most important spending time with family and friends.  I am a native Oregonian.

    Venus McBride knows properties.  She has a valuable wisdom that comes from owning and managing her own construction and inspection company for 22 years. With this comprehensive knowledge, the decision to join the real estate business came naturally to Venus.

    Licensed since October 2014, Venus joined the Horsepower Real Estate team immediately.  As a team member Venus brings a valuable understanding of homes to the table. Venus has personally remodeled multiple homes, including two that she later sold. She knows what it takes to sell your home from experience.

    Venus’s excellent customer relation skills shine when dealing with client. She has many happy past construction/inspection clients. She enjoys helping her clients whether it is with a home inspection, a construction project, renting, finding, or selling their home.

    Horsepower is the perfect place for Venus because it combines her two passions; real estate and horses. She was only eight-years-old when she first started riding, and she hasn’t looked back. Venus has competed in a number of clubs and events including; The Columbia River Cutting Club, WHO and TCT gaming shows and Craig Cameron's Extreme Cowboy Race.

    For five years, Venus has used her skills to teach the next generations as a volunteer coach and advisor for OHSET. For three years she was the sponsor coordinator for the district. Horses have, and continue to be an integral part of her life.

    Now Venus owns, raises, and trains quarter horses. Of course, when she can she is out there riding. She loves her horses and her blue healer Calamity Jane, but let’s not forget the most important parts of her life: her family. A true family gal, Venus enjoys spending time with her son, Kolt, and her husband of 22-years.

    Tory Boline currently lives in Dallas, Oregon.

    She is a graduate of Perrydale High School as class Valedictorian in 2006. At Perrydale she was FFA President, Student Body Vice President and involved in Oregon High School Equestrian Team, Track, Softball and Basketball.

    She Graduated from Oregon State University with a Major in Business Administration and a Minor in Animal Sciences. At OSU she was a member of the College Rodeo Team where she competed in Barrel Racing and Break Away Roping.

    Tory grew up riding and showing APHA and Pinto horses. Some of her accomplishments include 2 Pinto World Championships and 2 Pinto Reserve World Championships. She has also competed in Oregon Foundation Quarter Horse shows, extreme trail challenges and was St Paul Rodeo Princess in 2007. She currently is competing in BRN4D, OBRA and BSCC Barrel racing clubs.

    Tory is a partner in Poco Tack Shop with her Mother, Linda, and Sister, Ariel. She also has a herd of beef cattle that she takes great pride in.

    Tory attended Norman F.  Webb Real Estate School and obtained her Oregon Real Estate license in June of 2011.

    Linda Cloepfil-Boline is a graduate of Yamhill-Carlton High School, Portland Community College and Edeline Training Centre.

    Linda was the OQHA high point youth in 1975 and 1976. In 1977 she was crowned the St. Paul Rodeo Queen. She won the tile of Miss Rodeo Oregon for 1978-1979 and was top 10 finalists at Miss Rodeo America. She has trained and shown Quarter Horses, Paints and Pintos to numerous state and national awards.

    Linda lives in Dallas, Oregon with her husband Tom Boline and their daughters Tory and Ariel. She stays busy running Lucky “B” Stables and Poco Tack Shop. She attended the Norman F Webb Real Estate School in 2011 and works as Tory’s assistant.

    I grew up traveling almost every weekend to rodeos and barrel races. I’m currently involved in my family’s barrel racing association, Beaver State Can Chasers (BSCC), working as the head grounds guy.

    I’ve always had a passion for farms and ranches. Growing up in Junction City gave me the perfect opportunity to explore my interests in the Agriculture Industry. I spent seven summers working on a hay/grass seed farm which introduced me to the different aspects of farming when it comes to soils, irrigation and land yields. When farming slowed down in the fall I found my home at a local cattle ranch. During my time working at the ranch I acquired the knowledge of what it takes to run a successful cattle operation.

       I started my own cattle business during my Freshman year of high school. I averaged buying and selling around 30 head a year. From my own ventures, I know what it takes to run an efficient business. I am also furthering my Ag education at Oregon State where I am currently studying Agriculture Science.

    My main goal is to provide you with the best Real Estate experience possible. I will be there every step of the way and make sure the work gets done properly.

    Nearly 20 years ago I was blessed to become connected to Peggy Kernan and her family. I have admired the success she has created by being an incredible and sought after Principal Broker in Real Estate. I knew I wanted to work with her. Nearly two years ago I began working beside her, as her Marketing Executive where my 8 plus years of Marketing and Sales has played a huge part in Real Estate. 

    I enjoyed this work so much that I am now a Licensed Broker in the State of Oregon with the Horsepower Real Estate Team. I have already enjoyed my time meeting and helping clients buy and sell their homes and properties along side of Peggy. My extensive background in agriculture with horses and livestock has helped me understand more clearly what buyers are looking for and the best selling points for those who are selling. 

    On a personal side I have two special girls that call me mom and a loving and supportive husband who understands the demands of this type of career. We enjoy traveling when time allows, especially in Central Oregon. In the summer we enjoy cruising around in his 70 Chevelle.     Bonnie Fick has many years of experience with cattle, horses, livestock and crops which helps her locate and select the property suitable for your requirements. Country property has been her specialty for many years and she truly enjoys helping both buyers and sellers with their special needs. She was the principle Broker and owner of her own Real Estate firm, Western Land Sales LLC, for more than 20 years. She is excited about becoming a member of our Horsepower Real Estate group and looks forward in participating with likeminded agents that have the same expertise and love of helping both Buyers and Sellers find and sell their beautiful country properties. Who knows, she might be back on a horse again before long as well!

        She has been an Oregon resident for more than 40 years. Prior to that she and her late husband were ranchers and also builders of custom homes in the Newport Beach area of California. They moved to Oregon to raise their 3 sons on a ranch so that they could learn how to love the farming and ranching lifestyle and strong values.

         Bonnie is a Graduate of our U of O, and also Willamette University College of Law. She especially loves helping her clients with issues pertaining to country properties and land use. Her ranch, “Candeetree Quarter Horses,” raised exceptionally well bred Cutting Horses for many years, and held annual cutting horse competitions on the ranch a number of times.  She also raised cattle, both commercial and purebred, on her ranch. The crops on the farm portion of her irrigated home ranch included beans, clover, wheat, pumpkins, and of course hay. Her other Oregon enterprises included ownership of income producing properties, such as a Bed and Breakfast in Downtown Eugene near the U of O, an office building on Country Club Road in Eugene, and an interchange property on I-5. Her scope of Real Estate activity over the years has included not only her experience with country and rural properties, but, the buying and selling of various investment, commercial, and business properties for others as well.
